Hey Room5ians, hope you are having a good weekend. Congratulations to Casey-Lee for being named Person of the Week. Enjoy your throne for the week.
Swimming sports are on Tuesday, please remember to come in your house colours. On Monday we will sort out what events everyone will swim in.
I am so impressed with all the red dots on our cluster map. A big hello to Grace and Jemma who are in London. We are working on our e-mails in class girls, and we will send them soon. Also hello to Miss Coombe in London. It was great to see you on the blog and I hope it inspires your class and staff to start one up. Mr Baker misses London and hopes to return soon.

What is the name of the clock in the picture?
Weekend riddles:

1. A woman had two sons who were born on the same hour of the same day of the same year. But they were not twins. How could this be so?
2. It cannot be seen, cannot be felt, cannot be heard, cannot be smelt, it lies behind stars and under hills, and it fills in empty holes. What is it?
3. What goes up when the rain comes down?
Good luck Room5ians, these riddles are pretty tricky.

The holidays were great but I’m glad to be back at school. I spent my holidays roaming between home (Palmerston North), Taranaki (My parent’s home), Wellington and Mahia. Drop me a line and tell me what you got up to in the holidays. I would love to read your adventures.
I hope everyone enjoyed their first day and are looking forward to an action packed year.
